Tundi Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a competent, committed, and motivated professional to join our team in the following position:
Position: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Head Office, Lalitpur, with coordination across project sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor machinery, vehicles, equipment, and fixed assets.
- Plan and monitor repair, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and spare parts requirements.
- Track and analyze maintenance and repair costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate and coordinate with national and international vendors/suppliers.
- Maintain accurate Fixed Asset Registers, maintenance records, and cost trackers.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams.
- Support effective utilization, transfer, replacement, and disposal of company assets.
- Develop and implement SOPs and systems for fixed asset and maintenance management.
Qualification and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, vehicle fleet, plant maintenance, or fixed asset management will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, spare parts, vendor management, and cost control.
- Good analytical, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and asset/maintenance management systems.
