Siddhartha Capital Limited (SCL), a subsidiary of Siddhartha Bank Limited and the first Mutual Fund management company of Nepal licensed as per Mutual Fund Regulations 2010, seeks applications from result-oriented individuals with a passion to pursue career in investment banking. Position: Marketing / Business Development Officer (1)
Location: Biratnagar
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services, along with the competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for potential business clients.
- Identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies for the organization’s products and services at the representative office level.
- Seek out new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and arrange meetings.
- Prepare sales and marketing materials, including writing proposals and developing marketing and promotional content.
- Promote SIP and portfolio management services at the representative office level.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or client relationship management.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Proactiveness, Marketing Acumen, Organizational Skill, Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving Skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools is a plus.
Local Preference: Candidates from the local area are preferred. - Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in Merchant Banks or similar organizations are preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory for business development and client engagement activities. A valid two-wheeler license and access to a vehicle are desirable.

Training:
Selected candidates will undergo approximately one month of training at Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, before being placed at the Biratnagar representative office.
