Posiiton: QR Growth Officer

Job Description:

•  Identify and acquire potential merchants for Khalti QR.
•  Lead the onboarding of key QR merchants and ensure successful activation.
•  Plan, coordinate, and execute QR onboarding projects and expansion campaigns.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement.
•  Provide product training and ongoing support to merchants.
•  Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth project execution.
•  Monitor merchant activity, resolve issues, and improve merchant experience.
•  Drive merchant activation and encourage consistent QR transaction growth
•  Track onboarding and activation performance, and submit regular reports.
• Support the overall growth and expansion of Khalti’s QR merchant network.
