Position: Senior Executive – Marketing & Business Development
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in BTL Marketing & Brand Activations
- Strong understanding of Business Development & Channel Management
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute dealer, retailer, electrician, and customer engagement programs
- Execute BTL activities including product demonstrations, retail activations, roadshows, and promotional campaigns
- Organize dealer meets, exhibitions, customer events, and other brand activities
- Support merchandising activities and ensure effective placement of branding materials and POSM
- Conduct market visits to identify customer insights, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with sales teams, vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for successful execution of marketing initiatives
