CETSC is looking for a motivated and responsible Diploma in Automobile Engineering graduate to supervise and coordinate the theory and practical training of heavy equipment operators. The selected candidate will monitor trainee progress, support instructors, maintain training records, and ensure effective and safe delivery of training.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate theory and practical training sessions.
- Monitor trainees’ daily activities, attendance, discipline, and overall training progress.
- Evaluate trainees’ learning, practical skills, and understanding.
- Identify weak or struggling trainees and provide individual guidance and consultation for improvement.
- Coordinate with instructors and management to ensure smooth training operations.
- Ensure trainees follow proper safety procedures and training standards during practical sessions.
- Assist in preparing and updating training materials, lesson plans, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee performance, attendance, training hours, and assessments.
- Provide regular feedback to trainees regarding their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Assist in conducting theory tests, practical assessments, and trainee evaluations.
- Support instructors during practical training and ensure proper use and handling of training machines.
- Report trainee progress, training issues, and machine-related concerns to management.
- Assist with inspection, maintenance and reporting of training equipment and machinery.
- Perform other training and maintenance related duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Automobile Engineering – Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in:Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Google Drive/Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain records.
- Good coordination and trainee-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
