Department : Finance & Accounts
Position : Manager-Account & Finance
Location : Plant
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Management. CA/ACCA/ACCA (part qualified) preferred.
Experience : Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in manufacturing / steel / industrial sector.
Salary : Negotiable
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee full set of accounts and ensure accurate & timely financial reporting
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets & cash flow analysis
- Manage taxation, VAT, TDS, statutory compliance & audit
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables & banking transactions
- Ensure internal controls, cost control & inventory accounting
- Lead, supervise & develop the finance & accounts team
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- Strong knowledge of Nepal Accounting Standards, Tax laws & compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
