Skiplyn is a fast-growing startup headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, focused on revolutionizing the restaurant industry by providing a pick-up order application tailored for Nepalese restaurants across the U.S. Our platform helps restaurants optimize their Google Business listings and boost pick-up sales through a customized ordering app.
Skiplyn is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Officer / Manager to join our remote team based in Nepal, with a strong focus on outbound sales and restaurant lead generation in the U.S. market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end restaurant acquisition, from prospecting to closing deals with independent and multi-location restaurants.
- Perform high-volume cold outreach, including making 140+ to 200+ telemarketing calls per day and email follow-ups.
- Consistently exceed daily and weekly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline precisely using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Pitch Skiplyn’s pick-up order app and related services effectively to restaurant owners and decision-makers.
- Share insights and feedback to improve sales pitch, marketing materials, and product offerings.
Handle rejection professionally and maintain high motivation and momentum in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Utilize knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Ads, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram) to support sales strategies.
- Work aligned with U.S. Pacific Time working hours and be fully self-sufficient in executing the entire sales cycle with minimal supervision.
What are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in the restaurant or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently close B2B deals in a startup or fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluent, confident, and professional communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile optimization, SEO, PPC advertising, and brand awareness.
- Ability to work remotely from Nepal during U.S. Pacific Time business hours (night shifts Nepal time, approx. 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Resilient, goal-driven, and able to maintain productivity under stress and frequent rejection.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant industry tools or networks is a plus.
- Reliable computer setup, stable internet connection, and backup power supply for uninterrupted remote work.
