Job Description

• Conduct customer visits to assess creditworthiness and collect required information.
•  Verify and collect all necessary documents as per the company’s credit policy.
•  Obtain credit reports from the Credit Information Centre Limited (CICL) and other financial institutions, where required.
•  Prepare credit appraisal reports and process loan files for approval.
•  Verify loan and legal documentation before loan disbursement.
• Issue Delivery Orders (DO) to authorized dealers for vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with sales teams, banks, and customers for timely ownership transfer.
• Monitor assigned loan portfolios and maintain targeted Non-Performing Asset (NPA) levels.
•  Follow up with customers to ensure timely EMI payments and provide payment reminders.
• Execute recovery activities, including legal follow-up, notice issuance, and vehicle repossession when required.
• Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports related to credit and recovery operations.
•  Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.

Job Specifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Management.
•  Intermediate (+2) in Management with at least 1 year of relevant experience may also be considered. • Minimum 1 year of experience in credit, recovery, banking, finance, or a related field.
•  Knowledge of credit assessment, loan documentation, and recovery processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet recovery targets.
•  Willingness to travel for customer visits and field recovery activities.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
