Call for Applications for the Affiliation of Trainers and Researchers

Bheri Karnali Human Resource Development and Research Center (BHEK Nepal) invites applications from interested and eligible individuals to prepare a Roster/Panel of experienced, skilled, and subject-matter expert trainers and researchers for training, capacity development, research, survey, and consultancy services to be conducted in-person and online across various districts.

• Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI)
• Gender Equality & Social Inclusion (GESI)
• Disability Inclusion
• Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (VCA)
• Community-Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM)
• Disaster Preparedness, Response & Recovery
• Community Development & Facilitation
• Child Rights & Child Protection
• Anti-Human Trafficking
• Leadership, Communication & Life Skills
• Project Management, MEAL, and Capacity Building
• Baseline, Midline & Endline Survey
• Research, Data Collection & Analysis
• Policy Research, Policy Development & Advocacy
• Other social development-related subjects as required

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Completed at least a Training of Trainers (TOT) in the relevant subject.
• At least 2 years of work/training experience in the related field.
• Priority will be given to those with experience in training operation, facilitation, research, or consultancy.
• Effective presentation and communication skills in Nepali and English languages.
• Ability to work in remote and rural areas.
• Ability to prepare Training Modules, IEC materials, research tools, and reports.
