Jyoti Capital Limited (JCL), a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited, is seeking applications from highly qualified, dynamic and result-oriented Nepalese citizens for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the vision, strategic plans, and annual business Plan.
- Drive profitability, manage institutional risks, and optimize balance sheet growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, regulators, clients, and general public.
- Inspire, mentor and lead the management team to achieve high performance and organizational excellence.
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Management field or Bachelor Degree with CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in Banks or Financial Institutions or Capital Market with at least 5 years in Managerial level or above.
- Age should not exceed 52 years as on the last date of application.
