Tiger Palace by Soaltee, Bhairahawa, a five-star luxury resort located at Bhairahawa, announces an exciting career opportunity for immediate onboarding. We invite applications from competent, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals for the following position, based in Bhairahawa.
Position: HR Manager
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7+ years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Key Knowledge and Abilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee performance, training, and development.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Support workforce planning and talent management.
