QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 10+2 or Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and email.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project locations.
- Respectful and accountable when working with vulnerable communities.
- NGO experience is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
