Position: Shift In-Charge
Location: Nitanpur, Bara
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise overall Plant operations during the shift
- Ensure safe & smooth production
- Handle abnormal conditions and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Implement all safety, environmental and health protection policies and procedures
- Maintain shift logs and prepare daily reports
- Conduct proper shift handover and takeover
- Overall shift operation, production, safety, quality, manpower, equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, inter-department coordination, target achievement, reporting, & emergency handling
Requirements:
- 4yrs in manufacturing industry
- B.Tech/BSc & or above
