Experience required depending on the relevant department in: Financial Statements, ECL, NFRS, NRB Reporting, Internal Audit, Loan Recovery, Training Material Preparation & Operation, Social Development, Risk Management, or Monitoring.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
Qualification: Passed CAP II or III (Semi/Qualified CA), BE Computer, B.Sc. CSIT, BIT, or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, or Social Work from a recognized educational institution.
At least 3 years of experience in banks, financial institutions, or the microfinance sector in fields such as Financial & Accounting Management, Information Technology (SQL, Coding, Network, Server, Security, Core Banking, Digital Banking, Hardware/Software), NRB Reporting, Risk Management, Legal Compliance, Entrepreneurship Development, Social Development, Internal Audit, or Monitoring work.
For candidates who have completed a Law degree, even if they do not have the 3 years of experience mentioned, work experience in the relevant field is required. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
Assistant Officer: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Senior Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) or 10+2.
Must have 3 years of work experience one level below (Assistant level) in a bank or financial institution.
Ability to operate computer applications (Email / Internet / Office Package) and microfinance software.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Priority will be given to candidates from Lumbini Province, Gandaki Province, and Bagmati Province
