Experience: 4+ years experience of ISP experience in Sale and Marketing (2 years of Experience as a Team Leader)

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branch business plans and budgets aligned with company strategy for CEO and Board approval.
- Provide strong operational leadership to achieve branch targets, ensuring quality control and operational efficiency.
- Drive financial performance, profitability, EBITDA optimization, and maintain strict budget control and compliance.
- Lead sales growth initiatives to expand revenue, increase subscriber base, and identify new business opportunities.
- Implement customer retention strategies, minimize churn, and ensure timely service and technical support delivery.
- Recruit, train, and manage branch staff in coordination with HR, ensuring workforce productivity and policy compliance.
- Conduct competitor analysis, oversee contract management, lead local marketing activities, and support strategic decision-making.
