JOB OPPORTUNITY
The ongoing international project funded by NIH CREID, USA “Dengue virus seroprevalence and genetic diversity: investigation of recent dengue outbreaks in Nepal”—is seeking a Research Officer for the project’s remaining research activities.

Eligibility
Academic Qualification: MSc in Biotechnology or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years hands on skill: RT-PCR, Illumina MiSeq-based NGS, Metagenomics, ,Bioinformatics Data Analysis, ELISA etc
Documentation/Communication Skills: Previous experience in international projects Ability to communicate with international research teams, Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
- Protocol development and optimization, Carry out RNA extraction and Real-Time PCR, Perform WGS, Metagenomics, and ELISA, Data interpretation and coordination of collaborative research activities
- Conduct meetings with the international research team
