Position: Floor Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Operating service process as per Suzuki Service Quality Standard
- Coordinating with technician and Service Quality Standard
- Achieving Monthly per job card revenue Targets & reduce vehicle hold up period
- Achieving customer satisfaction as Suzuki Quality Standard
- Other duties as required
Experience: 2 years+ in related field
Qualifications: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
