Position Summary
The Call Center Support staff is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information, managing inquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery to patients, visitors, or clients through the telephone system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- +2 or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Bhojpuri, Nepali, Hindi, and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, data entry)
- Calm, polite, and service-oriented attitude

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide information regarding services, doctors, appointments, reports, etc.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department if needed
- Coordinate with OPD, Emergency, Lab, Pharmacy, and other departments for real-time updates
- Maintain call logs, records, and data entry in the system
- Support outbound calls for appointment confirmations, reminders, or service feedback
- Follow call protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient/client information
- Work in shifts as required
