Position: Plant – Finance & Account Manager
Location: Hetauda, lothar
Qualifications | Skills
-  Semi-CA, CA Qualified, or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting is required.
-  5–7 years of experience in plant finance, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing, maintaining plant-level P&L, balance sheet, and working capital reports with variance analysis.
- Manage product costing, BOM updates, and identify cost-saving opportunities in utilities, manpower, and packaging.
- Â Prepare annual budgets, drive monthly forecasts, and support long-term financial planning and ROI analysis.
- Â Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Â Oversee fixed asset accounting, physical verification, and depreciation tracking.
- Â Generate MIS reports tracking production costs, KPIs, and provide analytical insights for decision-making.
- Â Act as a financial partner to plant operations and corporate finance, supporting capex, productivity projects, and vendor negotiations.
