Location: Multiple Store Locations (Cluster -Based)

Program Details:

Selected candidates will undergo a rigorous 52- week training program covering store operations, leadership, and commercial performance, Upon successful completion, candidates will be confirmed as Cluster Managers

Job Purpose:

• As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring operational & Commercial excellence across assigned stores
• Driving sales & profitability through team performance & development
• Managing Swing Supervisors & Store Managers effectively
• Ensuring compliance & operational efficiency within assigned budgets

Job Specification

Education & Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience: Freshers can apply; prior retail experience in a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving, sales management, customer service and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel between, store profitability, and operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of loss prevention, store profitability, and operational efficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint)

Commitment: Candidates must be willing to commit a minimum of 3 years to the company
Time Flexibility: Willing to work shifts covering both store opening and closing hours
Others: Valid driving license with vehicle preferred
