- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone class to concerned department
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone
- Receive, visitor detail (Name, company, etc)
- Issuing visitors badges or passes
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person or area
- Managing the flow of people in and out of the building
