Position: Supervisor – Processing Unit

Position Overview

This position will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processing of herbs and spices, from drying to final packaging. The ideal candidate will ensure quality standards are met at every stage, maintain accurate production and inventory records, and supervise daily operations within the processing unit. This role also involves training workers, monitoring hygiene and moisture levels, and ensuring efficient stock flow.

Roles and Responsibilities

•  Supervise processing of herbs and spices from drying to packaging.
•  Maintain production records, processing schedules and inventory logs.
•  Quality assurance and control of herbs and spices.
• Maintain documentation of stock in flow and out flow.
• Supervise workers in processing unit and train them
• Conduct regular check on moisture content and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology
• 3 to 5 years’ of experience in the relevant field. Must have experience working in herbs and spices
