Position: Senior Manager – Process
Location: Shaurya Cement Factory, Mirchaiya, Siraha
Position Overview
Shaurya Cement Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager – Process to lead and oversee plant production operations at our Mirchaiya, Siraha factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of production strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create and manage plant-level production, capacity, and material requirement plans.
- Oversee the execution of approved production plans to ensure output targets are met.
- Ensure production complies with safety and environmental guidelines.
- Communicate departmental strategies and objectives to the team clearly and effectively.
- Develop and manage annual production budgets with resource optimization.
- Supervise the daily production process and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Oversee kiln lining repairs, raw/cement mill operations, and packaging systems.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend process improvements.
- Implement approved enhancements and process changes.
- Collaborate with production, mining, and maintenance teams to meet operational targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to the production team.
- Prepare and present production reports to management for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in cement manufacturing, with significant exposure to process optimization and strategic operations roles.
- Strong understanding of cement plant operations, including kilns, mills, and packaging systems.
