Position: Marketing Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (with occasional travel)

Role Overview:
Shanker Group is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to lead and execute both online and offline marketing strategies. The role involves managing digital campaigns, SEO, creatives, POSMs, budgeting, reporting, and coordination with agencies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline)
• Manage social media, website, SEO, and digital ads
• Oversee creatives, branding materials, and POSM/TPOSM design
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor budgets, ROI, and campaign performance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong skills in social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing & analytics
• Creative, detail-oriented, and tech/AI-savvy
• Excellent communication in English, Nepali (Hindi preferred)
• Must own a laptop and two-wheeler; willingness to travel
