Qualifications | Skills

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•  Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG/beverage industry.
• Proven track record of managing regional sales and leading teams successfully.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead and manage the regional beverage sales operations across the Kathmandu Valley.
•  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve volume, distribution, and growth targets.
•  Manage, motivate, and develop the regional sales team to ensure high performance and strong market penetration.
•  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
•  Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and distribution teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
