Community Development Facilitator

International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services.

INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal. For the following position, INF Nepal Dang Office is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.

Location: Bangalachuli Rural Municipality, Dang

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder is responsible to empower persons with disabilities and their communities through various activities. Role involves working closely with community members, local authorities, organization of persons with disabilities (OPDs), SHGs and other stakeholders to identify needs, design and implement inclusive development activities, and advocate for disability rights.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Intermediate in any discipline.
• Two years of experience in community health and development sector.
• Minimum one month of PRT (Primary Rehabilitation Therapy) training.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good facilitation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
