Job Title: Website Developer (Healthcare eCommerce & B2B Portal)

About the Project
We are looking for an experienced Website Developer / Development Agency to design and build a scalable, compliance-focused website for a healthcare equipment wholesaler. The platform will showcase 300+ products for sale and hire while also supporting a secure B2B portal for hospitals, aged care centres, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a project that combines eCommerce, compliance, and healthcare services — with a strong focus on user experience, SEO, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Website: Build a modern, professional website aligned with healthcare buyers’ needs.
• eCommerce Setup: Implement workflows for sales and hire (including delivery/transport options, NDIS support, and multiple payment methods).
• B2B Portal Development: Create a secure partner portal with role-based access, purchase order uploads, order history, approval flows, and invoicing.
• Product Catalog & Search: Set up 300+ SKUs with categories, tags, filtering, and detailed product pages (clinical specs, datasheets, hire/sale options).
• Compliance & NDIS Integration: Develop clear sections highlighting accreditations, eligibility, FAQs, and provider approvals.
• Technology & Security: Implement CMS (WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, or Webflow recommended), ensure SSL, caching, CDN, and accessibility standards.
• SEO & Analytics: Configure GA4, schema markup, metadata, clean URLs, and conversion tracking.
• Training & Handover: Provide admin training, SOPs, and 30–90 days of post-launch support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record building eCommerce websites with B2B functionality.
• Strong portfolio in healthcare, compliance, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, or Webflow).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with NDIS, TGA, or compliance-driven platforms is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively, meet milestones, and deliver within agreed timelines.
