Position: Dealer Incharge
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze service and parts KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met
- Oversee parts inventory levels at dealership, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand
- Implement quality standards for service and parts operations ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities and customer demand

- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service and parts business growth
- Provide technical support to dealership service teams
Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters
Experience: 2 plus years as area manager
