Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilisation, throughput, latency).
- Issue identification, escalation and resolution within provided SLA.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and infrastructure changes under fixed SOP.
- Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve escalated issues.
- Interdepartmental and client coordination to
- Maintain Network KPI and KRA according to company target.
- Knowledge of configure and install various network devices and services.
- Should be able to work under pressure and available on call 24×7 under requirement.
- Flexibility in IV and OV field visits.
- Flexibility working on any shifts.
- Driving licenses with two wheeler is mandatory.
