Position: Program Manager- Wellness & Behavioral Health

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and oversee Wellness and Behavioral Health programs in assigned educational institutions.
Coordinate and manage teams, including multidisciplinary team to ensure effective program delivery.
Collaborate with leadership, students, teachers, and parents to align programs with institutional goals.
Monitor program progress, gather feedback, and report regularly to senior management.
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and maintaining quality standards.
Drive innovative strategies for program improvement and engagement.

Requirements / Professional Attributes

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in program management, coordination, counseling, and leadership in an educational setting.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate with school staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
Innovative, proactive, and strategic, capable of planning, implementing, and improving programs effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a structured, systematic work environment.
Strong professional attitude, with adherence to organizational ethics and code of conduct.
Experience in monitoring, reporting, and evaluating program outcomes to ensure quality and impact.

Overview:

Salary: NPR 40,000-60,000 & other benefits
Location: Inside Kathmandu Valley
Type: Full Time
Term:1-year contract, renewable annually based on performance and other criteria
