Position: Manager-IT Operations (Deputy Manager / Manager)-1

The IT Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the bank’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure smooth operations, data security, compliance with banking regulations, and technological advancement. This role involves leading IT teams, managing vendors, and implementing IT strategies to support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bank’s IT systems (core banking, digital banking, payment systems, etc.).
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery of IT infrastructure.
  •  Manage system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  •  Information Security & Compliance
  • Implement cybersecurity policies and controls to safeguard sensitive financial and customer data.
  •  Ensure compliance with banking regulations, IT audits, and cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.).
  •  Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration testing.
  •  Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff; manage training programs to build technical expertise.
  •  Plan and execute IT projects (core banking upgrades, fintech integrations, automation initiatives).
  •  Ensure timely delivery within budget and in alignment with business goals.
  •  Recommend emerging technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  •  Support digital banking initiatives, mobile banking apps, and omnichannel services.
  •  Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance metrics.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certifications (CISM, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, etc.) preferred.
  •  Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience.
  • Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payment gateways, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements from central banks and financial regulators.
  •  Candidates should be of age 25 to 50 years, not exceeding 50 years as on the last day of application deadline.

Position: AI & ML Engineer (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer)-1

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) Engineer shall be responsible to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to transform banking services and related use cases including back office automation and front office automation. The role involves working with large financial datasets, building predictive and prescriptive models, and implementing AI applications that enhance customer experience, strengthen AI and ML Fraud and Risk management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Develop, train, and optimize ML models for fraud detection, credit scoring, and transactions risk management.
  •  Build AI-driven solutions for personalized banking (AI Agents, recommendation systems, and digital advisory tools).
  •  Work with big data platforms to analyze Customer Behavior, Customer Churning and Transaction patterns.
  •  Deploy NLP models for customer service automation, sentiment analysis, and compliance monitoring.
    Continuously monitor model performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  •  Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL and similar technologies
  •  In depth knowledge with big data platforms.
  •  Knowledge of financial services, banking operations, and regulatory frameworks.
  •  Expertise in data engineering, model deployment (MLOps), and real-time analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Candidates should be of age 21 to 40 years, not exceeding 40 years as on the last day of application deadline.

Position: Cybersecurity Engineer (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer)-1

The Cybersecurity Engineer shall be focused on security architecture for designing and implementing security frameworks, has a strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), and shall be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security infrastructure, including firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security, while conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response to protect banking applications and digital platforms. The role involves monitoring real-time threats, enforcing cybersecurity policies, and collaborating with IT,
risk, and compliance teams to support fraud prevention and address security gaps. Candidate also requires knowledge in the software development lifecycle, compliance standards (NIST, ISO), and strong communication to align security with business goals and manage risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain security infrastructure (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security).
  •  Ability to design and implement security into enterprise IT architectures, understanding patterns, and secure system development.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
  •  Secure banking applications, APIs, and digital platforms against cyber threats.
  •  Monitor real-time threats, analyze logs, and respond to security alerts.
  •  Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies aligned with regulatory standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, PSD2).
  •  Collaborate with IT, risk, and compliance teams to address security gaps.
  •  Support fraud prevention systems through cybersecurity measures.
  •  Skill in creating technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, whitepapers, and product documentation.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of network security, cryptography, and authentication protocols.
  •  Experience with SIEM tools cloud security, and endpoint protection systems.
  •  Understanding of banking-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
  •  Hands-on experience in VAPT tools, penetration testing and threat modeling techniques, and incident response management.
  •  Candidates should be of age 21 to 40 years, not exceeding 40 years as on the last day of application deadline.
