Relief Nepal, established in 2008, is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life of poor, youth, underprivileged, and marginalized communities across Nepal. Guided by the motto “Listen to Children,” Relief Nepal has built a strong reputation for implementing child-centered development programmes in education, child protection, health, livelihood, water and sanitation, and disaster management.
In collaboration with various donor agencies, Relief Nepal operates across Bagmati, Madhesh, and Karnali Provinces, with a focus on promoting child well-being and family welfare, strengthening child rights and protection, enhancing community resilience, and fostering sustainable development.
In partnership with World Vision International Nepal, Relief Nepal will be implementing “Sponsorship Operation Programmes (SOP) and Core Project Models of Citizens Voice and Actions, Child Protection” through the Integrated Programmes Framework (IPF) to ensure wellbeing of most vulnerable children and families in three rural municipalities Tinpatan, Phikkal, and Golanjor in Sindhuli District.
We are currently seeking qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens for the following positions under our ongoing partnership projects:
Position: Program Coordinator

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social/, political science and child rights/law or any relevant discipline
Key Skills and Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience on technical and effective implementation of programmes,
- Understanding of integrated programming approach, child rights programming, child friendly local governance, sponsorship operation;
- Able to lead capacity building of project team on project and facilitation of smooth business process,
- Professional development and external engagement skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and compliance; experience with donor-funded projects.

Position: MEAL Officer

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, or relevant disciplines
Key Skills and Knowledge
- The MEAL Officer will be responsible for supporting evidence-based programme management through systematic data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning. The position ensures that monitoring and accountability systems are in place and functioning effectively in line with organizational and donor requirements.

Position: SCM and Admin Assistant

Academic Qualifications
- Intermediate (+2) degree or related field
Key Skills and Knowledge
- At least one years of experience in procurement, inventory, and supply chain management; knowledge of admin procedures; strong organizational and compliance skills.

Position: Protection Officer (Field Based)

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Law, Child Rights or relevant discipline
Key Skills and Knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience, knowledge of child protection policies, safeguarding, and GBV prevention, CFLG; skills in case management and referral mechanisms; ability to work with vulnerable children and families; strong advocacy and coordination skills.

Position: Impact + Officer (Field Based)

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree, Social Sciences or a related discipline (qualification in youth work would be highly valued)
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Good understanding and knowledge of youth development and local economic development approaches, with experience in equipping young people with life and work readiness skills. Has strong training and facilitation skills, good report writing skills, Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.

Position: Community Mobilizers (Field Based)

Academic Qualifications
- Intermediate (+2) degree
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Skills in community engagement, group facilitation, and awareness campaigns; experience in multi-dimension project especially on child rights, nutrition, Livelihood and protection
- activities; Ability to work directly with parents, adolescents, children, caregivers and local leaders.
