Program Assistant
Requirements:
- 10+2 (intermediate) level in management or social science or development related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant program implementation and report writing experience.
- Excellent knowledge of and experience in Community mobilizations, linkages, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Working experience with cooperatives for development, management, documentation, and facilitation of cooperative events.
- Strong communication and influencing skills using evidence based methods;
- Technical competence in cooperative development, enterprise promotion/marketing, and homestay management/marketing.
- Experience with KoBo Toolbox or other ODK software is desirable. Experience in statistical and data management software (STATA, SPSS) is an advantage;
- Fluent in both English and Nepali.
- Having Motorbike driving licenses is an advantage;
