We (Casino Palace) are searching for HR Executive who will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
Job Description:
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Address employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive or similar position.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Timing: 11 am- 6 pm (Sunday to Friday)
