Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty. Active in Nepal since the 1980s, we focus on gender justice, disaster risk reduction, climate resilience, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) to empower the most marginalized and vulnerable communities.
As an employer, Oxfam provides a mission-driven, highly inclusive, and collaborative work environment. We champion equality, empowerment, and accountability at every level. Join our dedicated humanitarian team to advocate for social justice, foster sustainable development, and build a rewarding career making a lasting impact in Nepal.
