Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Number Required: 1 (One)
Name of Department : 3 Angels Savings & Credit Cooperative Ltd.
Work Station: Pokhara
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in management from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in cooperative, bank, or financial
institutions - Sound knowledge of Cooperative Act, 2074 and cooperative operations
- Proficiency in computer applications and cooperative accounting software
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day today accounting and operations
- Delinquency and recovery management
- Ensure compliance with cooperative laws, bylaws, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee savings, credit, and financial operations
- Coordinate with Line Manager(s), Senior Management, auditors and regulatory bodies
- Supervise staff and improve service delivery to members
- Pre-scheduled financial reporting and assignments
Position: CREDIT / LOAN OFFICER
Number Required: 1 (One)
Name of Department : 3 Angels Savings & Credit Cooperative Ltd.
Work Station: Pokhara
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized university is preferrable
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in cooperative, bank, or financial institutions
- Sound knowledge of Cooperative Act, 2074 and cooperative operations
- Loan appraisal and monitoring skills
- Fieldwork ability and member interaction experiences
- Proficiency in computer applications and cooperative accounting software
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan processing, analysis and documentation
- Loan disbursement and recovery
- Loan monitoring and portfolio management
- Member services and financial counseling
- Compliance and risk management
- Marketing and business development
- Reporting and coordination
Position: BUSINESS MANAGER
Number Required: 1 (One)
Name of Department : 3 Angels IFS (Business)
Work Station: Pokhara
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing or related field
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or field marketing is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and marketing skills
- Willingness to work on targets and performance–based remuneration model
- Two wheeler driving liscense is proffered for field movement
- Proficiency in computer applications and softwares
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development and sales
- Client relationship management
- Market expansion and field activities
- Performance reporting and KPI Tracking
- Compliance and Coordination
