A reputed hydropower company engaged in the development and operation of renewable energy projects in Nepal invites applications from highly motivated, competent, and experienced professionals for the following positions

Position: HR Officer
No. of Vacancy : 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/HR certification preferred). with 5–7 years’ experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.


Position: Finance Officer
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA/ACCA/CPA preferred) with 7–10 years’ relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory position.


Position: Mechanical Junior Engineer
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2–3 years’ relevant experience in industrial plants, mechanical systems, or hydropower facilities.


Position: Electrical Junior Engineer
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2–3 years’ relevant experience in electrical systems, industrial plants, or hydropower facilities.


Position: Shift Control Engineer
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Control Engineering or related field with 2–3 years’ experience in power plant operations or industrial control systems.


Position: Operation Manager
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years of power plant O&M experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.


Position: ESOHS Manager
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Environmental Science/OHS/Engineering or related field (Master’s/NEBOSH/IOSH preferred) with 7–10 years’ relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
