Chief Executive Officer, CA/Semi-qualified CA

A reputed investment and fund management company, licensed from SEBON seeks applications from highly motivated, dynamic, and result oriented Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

Positions: Chief Executive Officer

He/she will be responsible for the overall operation of the Venture Capital and management of its NPR 2 Billion Private Equity Fund as well. The CEO will be responsible for building strategies and defining pathways for achieving the company’s vision. He/she will work as a focal person of the organization closely with the Board of Directors, Business partners and Stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Qualification, preferably CFA/CA/ACCA/CPA/Master degree in Finance or Economics or Business or Law or in related discipline
• At least 10 years of job experience in managerial position preferably in venture capital, merchant banking and BFls
• Adequate knowledge on financial instruments, capital market (National and International), project monitoring/evaluation, investment strategies, proven business and investment strategies, proven business and investment skills, particularly in ranking projects by risks, viability and profitability
• Thorough knowledge on regulatory compliance and be up-to-date on directives/circulars from regulators for maintaining compliance and sustainable growth of the company
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Extensive experience in fund investor relationships
• Salary in negotiable

Position: CA/Semi-qualified CA

Number of required Candidates: 1

He/she will be responsible for investment analysis, monitoring and reporting investments, data compilation & presentation and assisting in the operation of the Company and tis Fund

Key Requirements:

• Qualification, preferably fresh CA or semi-qualified CA
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and data modelling ability
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and prevailing financial laws
• Salary is negotiable
