Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals, retail outlets, and direct consumers. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and increasing brand awareness within the assigned region. The role requires a proactive and customer-oriented approach to deliver exceptional service and drive the growth of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Promote and sell the products to pharmacies, hospitals, pediatricians, and retailers.
  • Appointing new dealers, ensuring the availability of goods in the market, and collecting relevant data to support business operations.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide educational resources to healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the sales team.

Promotional Activities:

  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in the implementation of promotional campaigns and events.
  • Provide feedback on promotional materials to ensure they are aligned with customer needs and market trends.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer activity, and market trends.
  • Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG sector.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the infant nutrition market is a plus.
