Account Executive
Location: Kathmandu
About the job
Job Purpose: Provide proper assist to Corporate Office on timely and accurate operation of accounting functions.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Monthly Physical Verification of Stock with SAP
- Verify and Supervise Daily bookkeeping of receipt, payment, sales, purchase etc. related to factory.
- Filing & documentation of accounting record & retain them in proper way.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing procedures.
- Coordinate and assist with Audits / Inventory Audit and Reporting.
- Maintain the records of source documents of accounts.
- Supervise and coordinate for Petty Cash.
- Assist for monthly filling of Vat/ Tax/ Excise.
- Prepare IRD online entry/ Magpharam / Billing in Absence of the team.
- Any other assignment given by the Immediate supervisor / management when required.
Qualification:
- BBA/BBS/MBA/MBS- Specialized in Account/ Finance Group.
- Experience: Fresher or 2-5 years of experience
Requirements:
- Knowledge about the accounting system.
- Should have IT skills needed for a fluent email communication and an exchange via online forums or other software supported ways of communication.
- Should have good communication skill.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Should be socially motivated and should be fluent in Nepali and English (written and oral)
