Principle Accountabilities

Achieve revenue growth and increase market share in the cloud business segment.
Drive customer adoption by implementing effective sales engagements and a successful Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
Consistently meet or surpass quarterly revenue and goal targets.
Lead and manage the presales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Conduct cloud services training for the enterprise sales team to enhance their expertise.
Align product development with market demands and customer needs.
Create a comprehensive strategy to establish WorldLink’s cloud business presence in the market.

Basic qualifications and preferred skill

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in an IT-related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of direct field experience in server, storage, or cloud business.
Enterprise account management experience and a track record of new business development
Candidates with an MBA are highly preferred and will be given special consideration.
