Account Officer

Job Specifications:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to date financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Manage the company’s payroll and benefits administration
  • Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing invoicing, collections and credit control
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings
  • Assist with the annual audit process
  • Provide support to other departments on financial matters
  • Process entries for import bills, local bills, and other invoices effectively
  • Manage the accounts payable process efficiently and ensure timely payments
  • Perform vendor and customer reconciliations with accuracy
