Account Officer
Job Specifications:
- Maintain accurate and up-to date financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Manage the company’s payroll and benefits administration
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing invoicing, collections and credit control
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings
- Assist with the annual audit process
- Provide support to other departments on financial matters
- Process entries for import bills, local bills, and other invoices effectively
- Manage the accounts payable process efficiently and ensure timely payments
- Perform vendor and customer reconciliations with accuracy
