The Role

Administration Associate comes under the Business Support Team. This position is to provide effective and efficient admin services by ensuring compliance requirement, value for money and cost recovery. The position will be responsible for the adequate, timely and cost-effective administrative services.

What we are looking for

The Administration Associate works closely with Business Support Department and other functions to ensure smooth functioning of administrative operation in Country Operations. The position is responsible for handling a significant amount of high-level confidential information and tasks, which must be managed professionally. We are looking for someone who have the following experience, knowledge and competencies.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Secondary level of education with minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Nepali
  • Excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm to customer service approach
  • Knowledge and experience of using MS Office and other job-related relevant software.
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomacy, tact and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise with different departments.
  • Ability to keep clear and concise records.
