HR & Admin Officer
Responsibilities
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records of employees like, Employee Contract and onboarding Documents.
- Responsible for attendance and leave management system via system and manually
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Responsible for employee Insurance and SSF registration.
- Support recruitment, orientation, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Publish and remove job ads
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Events Management as per requirement
- Employee Grievances Handling
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Management/Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
- Understanding of Nepalese HR culture and labor legislation
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Apps and HRIS systems
