Position: Accountant
Job description:
1. Maintaining records at accounting software
2. Periodic reporting on the performance of company’s operations and closing books of account. (Financial statements, costing report and other reports as required.)
3. Management of site accounts by coordinating with various personnel at sites and ensuring documents and reports are provided to account team on timely manner.
4. Inventory management
5. VAT and Income tax return filing
6. Analysis of revenue, expenses for their reasonableness and discourage unnecessary expenditure.
7. Managing receivables and payables and ensuring timely recovery and payments.
8. Dealing with banks and other stakeholders as required.
We are looking for candidate that meets at minimum following:
1. Bachelor or Master degree with good knowledge of accounting and book keeping system.
2. Knowledge on income tax, VAT, MS office and tally software.
3. Valid driver license is preferred.
4. Able to handle majority of task independently.
5. Learning mindset with positive attitude towards work.
6. Able to work in team and provide their feedbacks and ideas.
