Position: Application Support Engineer

Job Description

  • Monitor the health and performance of core applications and software systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve software issues and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide application support to dealers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams such as CARE, OSS and billing system.
  • Manage support requests related to mobile apps and websites, including configuration and user-level troubleshooting
  • Maintain detailed logs of issues, resolutions and system health checks for documentation and analysis.
  • Perform QA testing for new features, modules, and updates before production deployment.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of software to end users, including training and documentation when required.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or billing system operations.
  • Strong understanding of software testing processes and implementation workflows.
  • Ability to manage and complete assigned responsibilities within defined timelines
  • Skilled in preparing technical documentation and process design materials
  • Proficient in system diagnostics and resolving core software/system issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to timely execution of tasks and attention to detail.
