Community Family Welfare Association (CFWA) is a not for profit-making national NGO working since 1996. It is dedicated to work strategically to contribute to the overall development of disadvantaged groups with special focus on Children, young women, and another marginalized and disadvantaged groups for sustainable livelihood enhancement programs, Girls empowerment, Child Rights, WASH, Education and DRR. CFWA, Dhanusha hereby invites applications from experienced and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions for anticipated projects with supporting agencies:

Aquaculture Field Facilitator (AFF) – 11 positions

This position will be responsible for supporting the development and improvement of fish farming in the targeted municipalities. The AFF will facilitate the formation of Fish Farmer Groups (FFGs), provide training to farmers on fish farming techniques, and assist in establishing linkages with input suppliers and markets. This position will require extensive field visits and hands-on support to farmers.

Location: Siraha (Dhangadhimai Municipality, Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality), Dhanusa (Chhireshwornath Municipality, Shahidnagar Municipality, Janakpur Sub-Metropolitan City and Nagarain municipality), Mahottari (Bhangaha Municipality, Loharpatti Municipality)

Qualifications: Minimum +2 pass or Diploma in Fishery, Agriculture, or related field.

Aquaculture Field Coordinator (AFC)-02 positions

This position will oversee the implementation of the aquaculture program in the selected municipalities, coordinating the activities of the Aquaculture Field Facilitators (AFFs). The AFC will work closely with local farmers, providing technical support, ensuring the effectiveness of the activities, and assisting in monitoring and reporting.

Location: Dhanusha, Siraha and Mahottari

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fishery, Agriculture, or related field.
