Job Description

  • Develop and implement a sales plan and meet the monthly sales target.
  • Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
  • Meet operations/logistics targets based on branches to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services.
  • Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to customers, both in the field and those visiting the branch offices.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Responsible for overall operations of the branches, including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.

Other Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Must be willing to relocate outside the valley and make extensive field visits.
  • Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
  • Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.
  • Mature, self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
  • Own vehicle and driving license
