Assistant Branch Manager

Job Description
- Develop and implement a sales plan and meet the monthly sales target.
- Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
- Meet operations/logistics targets based on branches to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services.
- Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to customers, both in the field and those visiting the branch offices.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Responsible for overall operations of the branches, including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.
Other Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Must be willing to relocate outside the valley and make extensive field visits.
- Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
- Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.
- Mature, self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
- Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
- Own vehicle and driving license
