Education Level: Preferably Bachelor’s degree in any stream- Junior Assistant to Senior Assistant

Experience Required: Prior experience in insurance sector, MNC’S would be added advantage.

Job description

•  Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits).
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned portfolio.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Proactively manage policy renewals, minimizing lapse rates.
• Handle policy servicing inquiries and requests efficiently.

•  Strong Sales Acumen: Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, close deals and achieve targets.
