Assistant Manager- ERP
Location: Corporate Office, Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration and Coordination
- Coordinate and manage master files, user roles, data control, and reporting for optimal system use.
- Oversee system maintenance, improvement projects, and change management processes.
- Design and manage tracking processes for system changes, upgrades, and quality control measures.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as training guides, test scripts, and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure data accuracy and system corrections.
- Coordinate with business users to create new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Communicate system updates, upgrades, and new functionalities across the organization.
- External Vendors and Parties
- Act as the primary point of contact for the ERP vendor and related support vendors.
- Manage ERP support requests and ensure timely resolutions in coordination with external parties.
Experience: 5 to 7 Years
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in systems management and a relevant degree in BIT/BIM or a related Field.
- Extensive hands-on experience in ERP implementation and management (technical expertise preferred).
- Foundational or advanced knowledge of SQL.
