Assistant Manager- ERP

Location: Corporate Office, Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration and Coordination
  • Coordinate and manage master files, user roles, data control, and reporting for optimal system use.
  • Oversee system maintenance, improvement projects, and change management processes.
  • Design and manage tracking processes for system changes, upgrades, and quality control measures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as training guides, test scripts, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure data accuracy and system corrections.
  • Coordinate with business users to create new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
  • Communicate system updates, upgrades, and new functionalities across the organization.
  • External Vendors and Parties
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the ERP vendor and related support vendors.
  • Manage ERP support requests and ensure timely resolutions in coordination with external parties.

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in systems management and a relevant degree in BIT/BIM or a related Field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in ERP implementation and management (technical expertise preferred).
  • Foundational or advanced knowledge of SQL.
